Fitness Philosophy
They say laughter is the best medicine. I say it is exercise! With today’s technological advancements, delivery services, and easy conveniences, the sedentary lifestyle has become more prominent. As a result, the need for exercise has become even more important than ever. Being active can help prevent hundreds of diseases and help with pre-excising conditions that many people face day to day. My main goal is to help people not only prevent these conditions but help levitate some of the symptoms that come along with them, in the form of exercises that are tailored towards their specific goals. I believe exercise is for everybody, no matter their age or condition.

Fitness Philosophy
Whatever your health and fitness goals are, I want to help you achieve them through a strategic, varied exercise program that is tailored to your specific needs because everybody is different. Whether you want to change your body composition, improve your blood pressure/ cholesterol/, prepare for a race or competition, or improve your physical function, we can make it happen.
My philosophy is it’s important to work with, rather than against, your body holistically by adjusting your workouts based upon your energy level, stress level, soreness, and pain that day; the exercise itself is a stress to the body that can result in beneficial adaptations only if the right amount is performed, proper nutrition is obtained, and sufficient rest is allowed. I enjoy utilizing exercises that are functional for everyday life activities, create balance within your musculoskeletal system, are biomechanically safe, are effective for achieving your goals, and are enjoyable to you.
